Day One – Welcome to Bali Thursday 19 Sept
Welcome - VIP Arrival
Guests are met at the airport by our ground staff and led through the customs line. Luggage is collected from the baggage carousel, then quickly on-board a luxury, air-conditioned vehicle and straight to the hotel.
Evening
Guests will meet at the luxurious Renaissance Uluwatu, where they will be treated to an exclusive cocktail welcome function including food and beverages.
As the DJ spins the hits, guests can move around the villa to discover surprises planted throughout.
Day Two – Uluwatu Clubs Friday 20 Sept
Morning Program:
After breakfast, guests can enjoy the hotel’s facilities at their leisure before departing for a fun afternoon at some of Bali’s top Day clubs.
Afternoon Program:
Guests will be transported to an afternoon of discovery where they will visit three of Bali’s (and the worlds), hottest beach clubs.
Ulu Cliff House – Bask in the natural beauty of this gorgeous beach club and enjoy a sparkling 25 metre infinity pool, direct beach access and a cliff side deck that needs to be seen to be believed.
Sundays Beach Club – Where every day is Sunday. Indulge in the location, the fresh and fabulous menu and take an exclusive look at why Sundays is the best on the peninsula.
Omnia Dayclub – Currently the peak of Bali’s day clubs, Omnia is the jewel in the crown attracting the worlds hottest DJ’s and one of the most Instagrammable bars around.
Guests will be shown why Omnia is a world-class brand with a comprehensive overview of why it's one of hospitality's most notorious brands.
At sunset, guests will be transported back to the hotel to enjoy the night at leisure.
Exclusivity is key! Private areas will be arranged for guests at each day club in addition to food and beverage options. Guests will move between day clubs in air conditioned vehicles.
Day Three – Motel Mexicola Saturday 21 Sept
Morning Program:
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before being transported to the very trendy Seminyak.
Afternoon Program:
Experience Seminyak at your leisure.
Evening Program : Spotlight on Motel Mexicola

Day Four – Bucket List Group Sunday 22 Sept
Morning Program:
After breakfast, a fleet of old school VW convertibles will arrive at the hotel for a day to discover the absolute beauty of the up and coming Canggu.
Afternoon Program:
Indulge in a delicious seafood lunch that puts priority on sustainability and gives back to the local community at Fishbone Local.
Balinese sunsets and relaxation are synonymous and should be enjoyed in unity at The Lawn Day Club. Unwind at Canggu's beachfront day club and enjoy the best sunset on Bali's west coast.

Enjoy the evening at your leisure.
Day Five – The ‘Gu Monday 23 Sept
Morning Program:
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and time at leisure.
Afternoon Program:
A trip to Bali is not complete without a visit to Finn's Beach Club. Voted many times over as one of the best beach clubs in the world, this oasis boasts four pools, nine bars and two restaurants to indulge in. Take a night surf or dance along to the impressive roster of DJ's that create the most electric atmosphere in Bali.

Day Six – Wrap Up Tuesday 24 Sept
Legian day at leisure
Guests are welcome to experience the famed facilities at The W Seminyak whilst they wait for their flight.
Now is the time AHA guests can do any last minute shopping, snap the last photo from the ‘Instagram competition’ or relax by the beach or pool.
We will meet the group around the pool area to announce the winner of the competition – more on this later.
Departures - The majority of departures out of Bali are close to midnight. Guests will have most of the day at leisure before they are transferred back to the airport for an overnight flight back home.
