DAY ONE - FOUR: RIO DE JANEIRO

Rio de Janeiro is one of the world's most gorgeous seaside cities. Although Rio's beaches have long captivated the world, it is the Brazilian nightlife that truly sets this incredible city apart. The rhythm of Rio will truly take you over with it's Samba, delicious local cuisine and luscious mountainous surroundings. 

We start our Brazilian adventure in Rio by visiting the world famous Christ the Redeemer. An exclusive viewing area will ensure the most incredible experience at the summit of Mount Corcovado to capture one of the most famous sights. 

Enjoy the Brazilian capital at your leisure before taking part in one of the grandest festival celebration, Rio's famed Carnival! A private viewing booth with set your experience apart as you encounter a kaleidoscope of colour and culture. 

The Magic Ball is not to be missed during Carnival at the Copacabana Palace. The ball is the high point of the Carnival weekend with most of Rio's affluent and celebrities from around the world in attendance. 

You will experience Rio in it's beauty and take part in the cities most iconic celebration in style. 

DAY FIVE– SIX: IGUAZU FALLS

Split between Brazil and Argentina, Iguazu Falls is a three kilometer stretch of cascading waterfalls in the hundreds set to take your breath away. This lush rainforest rich with jaw-dropping views of raging waters will be a once in a lifetime experience to remember for years to come. 

Embark on a walking tour if the Brazilian Falls.There is a main trail, approximately 1,600 meters long, which leads along the river with its many smaller falls to the base of the biggest waterfall where a catwalk extends out over the brink of the series of falls which make up Devils Throat – this needs to be seen to understand the magnificence. After walking the catwalk, there is a tower with an elevator/lift to get people to the top of the falls from where one can have a spectacular panoramic view. 

Ready for adventure? The Macuco Safari and Boat Trip will surely get hearts racing. An adventure from the beginning, Macuco Safari starts with an educational trail through the Atlantic Forest and reaches its climax with an exhilarating boat ride down the Iguaçu River rapids. Not for the feint-hearted, you will be taken within 5 m of the most famous waterfalls in Brazil. The overwhelming natural beauty of the surroundings and your proximity to it makes this a truly sensational experience

 

DAY SEVEN TO TEN - BUENOS AIRES 

It's time to Tango into Argentina for an unforgettable stay in the country's capital. Buenos Aires is a top tourism destination and is know for it's preserved eclectic European architecture and rich cultural life. 

A trip to Buenos Aires would not be compete without a taste of the unusual. Considered one of the most remarkable cemeteries in the world, Recoletta Cemetery, the site was declared the city's first official public burial place in 1822. We will take a walking tour of this elaborately decorated cemetery celebrating the magical macabre burial site of Argentina's most famous figures, including Evita herself. 

It's import to arrive in Argentina ready to eat because Buenos Aires is all about food, food, food! Argentine cuisine is described as a cultural blending of Mediterranean influences with a wide scope of agricultural products abundant in the beautiful surroundings. We will embark on a tour that will showcase the great variety of cuisines and unbelievable flavours of Argentina. 

On the final night of the tour, the evening will include a fascinating Tango show that will conquer all the senses, combining sounds, aromas, colours, movement and flavours. A three course dinner will be served to delight as we celebrate the end of our time in South America.
