Accommodation

Given the number of families attending the DUWC, our events team has been able to negotiate some amazing accommodation deals exclusive to the DUWC. These special rates are only available when booking via the DUWC website and will not be applicable to direct bookings with the hotel. If you would like to proceed with an accommodation booking, please select your preferred property, including the number of people staying in the room and your preferred dates. Should you wish to extend your accommodation out of the pre or post-window (3 days pre and 3 days post-tournament dates), please email us directly for extension rates.

Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions in regard to the 2023 Down Under Winter Classic carefully. Registration Fees. The $250 deposit is only refundable up until Friday 24 February 2023 as costs relating to your child’s registration will start to incur. Any cancellations made after Friday 24 February 2023 will result in a loss of deposit. Payment schedules: A $250 deposit has been secured on your registration. There will be 2 additional payments after this date. 50% on Friday 3 March 2023 and the balance due on Friday 2 June 2023. Amendment/Cancellation Fees: We are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier. Amended or cancelled bookings will incur charges to the individual. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. CWT Meetings & Events (CWT M&E) reserves the right to charge cancellation fees over and above those charged by wholesalers, tour operators, airlines, cruise companies etc. Fees will also apply where a booking is changed or tickets are re-issued. Fees and Charges: Payment via credit card will incur a surcharge of 0.78% for MasterCard, Visa and 1.7% for American Express. Privacy Policy: CWT M&E is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information. However, some personal contact information such as email addresses may be shared among participants in the Down Under Winter Classic 2023.
